For leather shoes:
1. Dust off.
2. Apply the Preparer using a cotton cloth. Then let it dry for a few minutes.
3. Shake the dye bottle until you obtain a homogeneous color.
4. With a barely damp brush, dye the seams, edges and hard-to-reach areas.
5. Apply dye to the sponge: apply very little dye, rub in circular motions, then apply 2 to 3 thin coats if necessary.
6. Final drying: allow to dry for approximately 5 hours before use, then rinse the sponge and brush with water.
For canvas shoes:
1. Prepare the shoes by cleaning them with a little soap and water
2. Then, on the damp canvas, apply one or two coats of dye following the same steps as for leather.
