Description

Replacing the insole restores comfort and freshness to your shoes. It's ideal when the inside is worn, stained, or compressed, which can affect the comfort of your shoes.

We always try to replace the insoles with a model that's true to the original. If that's not available, we'll contact you to suggest alternatives with similar designs and quality.
Instructions

Dropping off your shoes
You can drop them off at our workshop or send them by mail (at your expense) to the following address: 717-111 Chabanel Ouest, Montreal (QC) H2N 1C8

Returning your shoes
At checkout, you can choose between workshop pickup or mail delivery.
Deadline

The same day if the shoes are dropped off directly at the workshop. Allow 1 to 2 weeks if the sole needs to be custom cut or if the shoes are dropped off at a drop-off point.
