Returns and Refunds

Trolet offers a 30-day free return policy on all purchases made anywhere in Canada. For international deliveries, a specific rate applies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in question for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The 30-day return period days from the date we send you confirmation of your order's shipment. All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a full refund.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions for sending your package. Any item returned to Trolet without first requesting a return via one of the approved methods above WILL NOT be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and deemed eligible for a refund, Trolet will credit the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to be applied to your bank or credit card account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the uniqueness of our inventory. The fastest way to receive the exact model you want is to return the original item and then make a new purchase once the return is approved.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received a wrong item. We will be able to compare it to our photo database and fix our mistake.
